   > I must say , Mr. N, that you went to a lot of work to prove nothing.

I just proved through public record that Republicans are by the definition
of many neocons jogging around right now - traitors.

   > There is no comparison between these two conflicts

There are numerous comparisons, but the one that counts is that there are
numerous Republicans who were openly critical of the President (lending "aid
and comfort to the enemy?") during time of war. That would be some of the
same hypocritical bigmouths who are now labelling those opposed to the
military decisions of G.W. Bush as "aiding terrorism", "unAmerican" or even
   "treasonous".

   > The Kosovo bit, which was supposed to require Americans for six months is
   > now into its fourth year.

Uh-huh. And Iraq was supposed to be a "cakewalk".

   > Even forgetting the debate over funding, there
   > was no implied threat to the west, imaginary or otherwise.

Correct. The Kosovo conflict was billed as a HUMANITARIAN mission.

No comparison? I suggest you see what "fallback" arguments your heroes are
making in the absence of WMD's.

   > There was no terrorist state involved here

And none in Iraq - until now.

   > no payment to suicide bombers,

None in Iraq either, although the families did receive compensation. They
got fare more from the Saudis, though.

   > no threat to neighbouring countries

No threat from Iraq to Iraq's neighbors either.

    > nor nuclear or other WMD programs ever implied.

Whereas in Iraq our Presient just lied abou them.

   > Americans weren't dying everyday.

   Correct.

   > And if they were it was basically an
   > internal conflict and would have remained as such even if the Americans
   had
   > pulled out.

   Also correct.

What you missed: Delay, Bush et. al. were condemning Kosovo because of many
of the reasons people condemn the Iraq war today.

   > Even now as most democrats admit America cannot simply pullout of Iraq

Naturally, and I'm not arguing that we should either.

What I was responding to was your comment (in re: "liberals"): "You forgot
'traitors' to their own country in time of war."

   > the left continue to demonize the Presidency while giving no alternative.

   A lie, of course.

   > Reading carefully what you have posted below really highlights Clinton's
   > failed foreign policies which we all now know led to 9/11.

Actually it highlights the fact that your definition of "traitor in time of
   war" changes with political convenience.
