How nice. The result? Non-stop       Bush-bashing, all the way through.              Howard Dean, still reeling from his "I Have A Scream" speech in Iowa, is       probably done. He rattled off the same claptrap we've come to expect,       including criticizing George Bush for cutting taxes and for invading Iraq.       I'm afraid the Deanie babies are going to have to stick a fork in this one       and look elsewhere. A great line came from Al Sharpton, responding to Dean's       apologies about his screeching Iowa confession, saying that if he had only       gotten 18% of the vote after spending as much as Dean did, "I'd still be in       Iowa hooting and hollering."              John Kerry did pretty well with no major gaffes, as did John Edwards (one       to watch). Joe Lieberman defended his position of supporting the war in       Iraq, gaining applause for announcing that the world was safer without       Saddam Hussein in power.              Probably the candidate who fared the worst was Weasley Clark. This guy is a       complete and total fraud! He actually said he was a "Democrat of conviction"       and was on the defensive nearly every time he was questioned. Why does       anyone buy into this guy? The Clintons can't be pleased with last night's       performance from Weasley.                     --       Left-wing liberals are EVERYTHING they accuse the right of being.       They are mean, vicious, hateful, greedy, cold-hearted, closed-minded,       selfish, intolerant, bigoted and racist.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
