   Ok, so Heinz market research says there's a market for their products in   
   Australia, for example.  Shipping costs, and import duties make it   
   impossible to compete against local Australian products in the market if   
   Heinz were to manufacture in the USA and ship the finished product to   
   Australia, so instead of abandoning the market they set up a plant in   
   Australia, using local raw materials and local labour, and selling a   
   competitive end product to the local market at a profit.  This profit is   
   returned to the USA where it is invested in the local economy, partially in   
   the form of five homes worth $33 million.   
      
   Where's the problem?
