   the international AIDS conference in SA).   
      
   It's just a sad and trendy fashion that whenever a politican or   
   corporation wants to put a good spin on some fatally horribly muck-up they   
   push their token in front of the microphone.  It should be a federal job   
   category for census purposes:  administrative apologist.  Doesn't mean   
   Republicans are the friend of minorities.
