   Clinton had international credibility and respect. And Bush the

   Because the majority of the country is Shia. And without minority   
   rights arrangements the country will be Shia dominated and likely a   
   religious state under sharia. SOmething the neo-cons could give no   
   credibility to before going in.

   Yep, which is why we have to give over control to neutrals, and give   
   most of the work to Iraqis. Imagine all this rebuilding going on and   
   yet the country has a 60% unemployment rate.
