   It's hard to run against when over 60% of the public says they still   
   support the war, and yet only 40% believe Bush has managed it an   
   adequately.   
      
   So the issue becomes management - not the war itself. And as we';ve   
   been saying since a pull out is impractical there's no point in it as   
   a campaign issue. Though he is saying we need the UN and "a real   
   coalition".
