   Mabye ten percent of Israelis are ultra-orthodox and most Israelis dress   
   like the rest of the world, and wear bikinis on their beaches. Western   
   women wearing normal clothes do not stick out like a sore thumb, nor are   
   they warned by the State Dept to where ankle length dresses, as they are   
   in Saudi Arabia. I think the guy was ignorant or very confused.
