   Oohhh, they are going to do something about it alright.  In 3 weeks the   
   House is going to re-open the debate on drilling in ANWR, as well as doing   
   away with anti-pollution additive controls.  That worked out nicely for the   
   pugs, didn't it?  Anybody else been wondering why monetary and energy policy   
   seemed formulated specifically to undo each other?  Now you know.  Their   
   defeat is just - and certain.
