That won't work on some liberals and it certainly won't work on me. The
dumber the thing is you say, the more I like it. You see, I do this
thing -- you might have seen it posted in some of the political
newsgroups -- in which I record the dumber or more hateful right-wing loon
calls to C-SPAN's Washington Journal, and I post them on a website for
others to hear. It's a ball. You don't know how much fun it is, to zip
along the three-hour recording to snag the best examples of right-wing
nutballism. I haven't recorded any loon callers ragging on the Dixie Chicks
but I pick up a lot of other real gems pissing and moaning about other
celebrities. So, it doesn't matter what YOU say about anybody. I already
know it's stupid and I probably have an MP3 example of something like it
somewhere, and I will have already held it up for ridicule. So while you
pretend you haven't got anything invested in it, I know down deep inside
you're a pissed-off ninny who despises those damn multi-millionaire Dixie
Chicks who're smart enough to tell the difference between nationalism and
patriotism.
