   1776 seems to ring a bell.. Writing the current Constitution to replace the   
   articles of Confederation is another.   
   After all, Article V wasn't including just because they enjoyed using the   
   ink.   
      
   I have to say Rudy, as much as we discuss the Constitution your continuing   
   ignorance of it's provisions never ceases to amaze. I mean how can one   
   person remain that ignorant for that long despite being regularly educated   
   by other more knowledgeable than yourself.
