   Will if you don't cast it then it has ZERO chance to make a different.   
   Slim is better than none.   
      
   Do you realize that the people who sit out the elections could vote in   
   anyone they wanted if they voted together?   
      
   You don't even necessarily have to get them on the ballot as many times   
   there is an option for a write in candidate, or they can run as an   
   independent and not need any party approval, just public approval.
