   That was outlined in another post elsewhere. Was that not your response when   
   someone   
   asked what would happen if no voters showed up? BUT, the important thing here   
   is you seem   
   to think the state legislatures could get around Congressional corruption and   
   term limits   
   by forcing the issue. Trouble is, the state legislatures are every bit as   
   corrupted if   
   not more so. Do you really think they would band together just to impose term   
   limits on   
   themselves?
