   Well, since he didn't balance the budget now we are only talking about the   
   extent to which is was unbalanced.   
      
   The bottom line, 1929 seems to be the last time the National Debt was   
   actually reduced.   
      
   So that means we have almost a century of debt growth. Time to stop feeding   
   the beast and trim off the fat and require not only a balanced budget but   
   one that includes paying down the nation debt.. We are expected to spend   
   around $1 Trillion dollars in interest next year. Interest which buys us   
   NOTHING. Creates NO jobs.
