   Canada had its general election last night, returning a government which   
   will require the Liberal party to form a coalition with the New Democratic   
   Party (NDP) to be able to command a majority in Parliament.   
      
   Canadians should let elected members of the Liberal and NDP know their stand   
   on why marijuana prohibition is wrong ...   
      
   Tell them we don't want the half-measures, where small, small amounts are   
   legal but trafficking sentences are increased, as in the earlier attempt to   
   change the law.
