|    Arizona Election, judge confirmation hel    |

From: fishbowl@radagast.home.conservatory.com              I have the general election ballot, (AZ has early voting), and       on the ballot is a confirmation vote where we get to vote on whether       each judge stays or goes.              Now, normally in these things, I tend to vote that the ALL go, because       I don't believe anyone should make a career out of politics.              But I wonder if any AZ judges are cannabis friendly? I would like to       make my voting decision based on that, but of course, it's not one of       the criteria listed in the state publications.              So do any of you hard working NORML political activists have a scorecard       for Arizona judges? Are any of them known to be activists? Did any of       them support the Medical Marijuana initiatives in Arizona?              I really wish I could find out where these judges stand on cannabis       legalization issues. If I don't hear otherwise, I'm just going to       assume they are all against legalization, since none has gone far enough       to get my attention, e.g., screaming from the rooftops, going public       with criticism of the governor, nothing radical.              But then again, I may have missed any politics associated with the brief       period of time when medical marijuana was legal in Arizona.              Please advise, thank you.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
