   ATT/CingularWireless has become the evil network, scamming millions   
      
   The supposed "GSM" network, advertised to be the greatest thing, with   
   greater reception, is a lie.  I have around 10% of the reception I had with   
   my former ATT digital account.  I am smack dab in the middle of Southern   
   California, where there should be many towers.   
      
   Bottom line, they take your money for a high end $400 phone, charge you and   
   don't deliver service or acceptable internet.connection.  When some ATT reps   
   promise new phones and Billing   
   adjustments for poor or no service,  those reps vanish, .  never to be seen   
   again and the record of discussions in customer notes concerning those   
   arrangements they made, are purged from view.  As you travel up the ladder   
   of escaltion teams, they become more robotic and less concerned with your   
   plight as a customer.

     Go the way of those other illegal scams created during the Bush   
   administration. Die like Enron!~  Die like that other evil  and fradulent   
   phone company that bilked people.  Good work Bush, you've turned daily life   
   in America into a bunch of insane nonsense where business no longer have any   
   ethics or responsibility, fiduiary or otherwise.  The Buck is the thing, any   
   way you can get it.   
      
      
      
   BOYCOTT these maniacs.   
      
   ATT is lying in their advertisements about the quality and reception in   
   their "new" GSM network.  They wish to make ordering a cell phone service to   
   be like gambling in VEGAS. Legally they want it treat it as a  gamble to   
   "migrate"   
   to GSM.  That way,  they are NOT responsible.   
      
   When you cancel after non-existent coverage, they will still try to hit you   
   with $175.00 cancellation.  They don;t care if you've been a faithful ATT   
   customer for many years or not   
      
      
   It is a trap. Now ATT in owned by Cingular  Who knows how a comany can go   
   downhill so fast!!!???   
      
   When business practices are turned into abuse of people,  then it needs to   
   be fought in court and complaints need to be made to the FCC.

   If you are happy with AT&T So far like I was with the digital network, then   
   realize what they are doing to other subscribers.  Don't go GSM.  Change   
   companies or be ripped off as well.
