   I live in Surrey (Vancouver 'burb).  The stuff is plentiful EVERYWHERE.  I   
   remember hearing that there are something like 20,000 growing operations in   
   BC (that might give you some idea).  Personally, I wouldn't go to any of the   
   "coffee shops" - or - to go near the Hastings & Main area (you can't go TEN   
   feet without someone asking if you want to score some "up" or "down").  Just   
   hit a local bar or club.
