   I'm a 60 y/o disabled veteran whose doctor has prescribed Vicodin   
   and Valium for pain, for the last 10 years or so. He said I can go   
   higher on the pain meds if I want. I can only live on disability.   
   That's nothing.   
      
   I am thinking of growing 4-5 plants, in an apartment, to increase   
   my income.   
      
   1) What's kind of penalty am I looking at  if I get caught (No   
   previous record)? I live in CA.And is there a list of penalties for   
   each state?   
      
   2) Is it worth the trouble? (expenses vs. income)   
      
   3) Anywhere in the USA that all I'll get is a fine or some little   
   shit like that?   
      
   4) Is there a forum where this is discussed?
