   Win-the-war.com has developed an innovate approach to regulating cannabis by   
   relying on a state's right to regulate intrastate commerce.  We are   
   currently collecting signatures in Michigan, but plan to expand to other   
   states if we are successful.   
      
   You can help the initiative by getting a raffle ticket.  It's a great way to   
   show your support.  Remember you can't win if you don't play.  Check out
