The DARE program has already been shown to be a failure. It's
continuation serves no useful purpose other than to perpetuate itself.
Too many kids have access to the truth and do not solely rely upon the
teachings in the classrooms. The only problem with people today is the
same problem as yesterday and the day before; apathy and greed.
Demonized thru out history? I think not! The only part of
history that demonized it is the post Henry Ansinger era. History is
full of references to medicinal, spiritual and just plain recreational
use of cannabis. History also records that such use continued for
thousands of years without incident.
