   Byron R.White wrote "A right to trial by jury is granted to criminal   
   defendants in order to prevent opproession by the government."   
      
   It is also to protect the People from Corporate White Boy Looters.

   Medical Marijuana Patients are rotting in federal jail for the crime of   
   cancer and Bush keeps the Federal Jury UNINFORMED so that they railroad   
   these citizens into the dungeons.
