   It is NOT illegal to smoke POT in Canada.   
   While it is illegal to possess POT in Canada, unless you have a fairly large   
   amount, like a pickup truck full, nothing will happen to you.  Even if you   
   have a pickup truck full, you will probably only get a slap on the wrist and   
   a chastisement from a Canadian judge.  The courts in Canada tend to be very   
   lenient on POT users.  They won't even fire bus drivers who are caught   
   smoking POT while on their way to work.  They even have restaurants and   
   stores which openly sell POT and they are not hassled very much.   
      
   Hell, if you are a dedicated POTHEAD, Canada is the place to be.  C'mon up!
