   well folks ...   
      
   Ah-nold, finally implemented the Gray Davis signed Medical Marijuana law you   
   people passed by 70 plus % in putting that medicine in the doctor's bag in   
   the face of modern realities gave Sonoma County the Medical Marijuana Card.   
      
   Now lots of people are being arrested, passed over to the DEA, whoops are we   
   dumb cops again.   
      
   With the changes the Sherrif has done to his office, in the Narcotics   
   Division it is certainly a bad job, a worse improvment.   
      
   Heard the Jail Division is just as bad.   
      
   So folks ... getting a State of California Medical Marijuana card that under   
   the law is to protect medical patients from prosecution and hopefully police   
   harassmen is not happening.   
      
   They are being arrested and their medicine is being taken away from them; in   
   as much as Ah-nold will not get this medicine in the pharmacy where one gets   
   Viagra, Insulin Syringes, Aspirine and Breast Pads while under Doctor's   
   care.   
      
   So no Pharmacy to get these patients taken care of like any other patient in   
   California ... there is only one place to get the medicine after 10 years   
   ... you passed this law in 1996.   
      
   After 10 years, the Sonoma County Sheriff Department has apparently become   
   more dumbed down and confused.   
      
   I say have SAMM do a garden review on all Sonoma County Card Holders ... so   
   there is no mistake, no doubt that these people are under Doctor's care.   
   Take a breath, the 'crime scene' will be there tomorrow ... they want their   
   medicine ... yes.  You have pictures, you have secured the scene, if there   
   is an issue of crime, investigate and prosecute it.  SAMM will be the first   
   to tell you to prosecute just like Jill Ravitch would do the right thing.   
      
   SAMM tells you this person or that person is not a medical patient and this   
   is not a medical farm cooperative helping patients ... then you got all you   
   need to go to the D.A. and get this county working the law as you see fit.   
      
   Until you work something out, this will just fester in the eye of the public   
   and they will just become more aleinated at the Government who they can not   
   elect out, start holding Judges like John Golden and Bobby Boyd in contempt   
   as they are mysogonomist spittle licking white boys who live in fear.   
      
   Judges like Elliot Daum who we elected, are doing a real great job;   
   protecting the people and making a better Sonoma and better future for us.   
      
   There is a difference and the people see it.   
      
   If I can get a re-call election on Passalaqua and the Sheriff each and every   
   election cycle, and they keep getting re-elected on a blank slate and no   
   vote, that will get to be news after awhile and show that there is no   
   democracy in Sonoma County to even the most blind.   
      
   At least put TWO Sheriff spittle lickers up for election and make it LOOK   
   like a democracy like you do with Kerry and Bush twins when it is not.   
      
   It really is not that hard to obey our precious laws Sheriff dude; find a   
   way to make it work and watch our nation and county prosper.   
      
   You keep doing what you are doing, all you are is the strong arm bush wakers   
   for the Drug Lords, the illegal drug trade that Bush and the Commerce Clause   
   protects by Supreme Court Decision ... Angel Raich vs Gonzales made no   
   mistake on that.   
      
   You are just mafia hit men with Marine Corp training and a Lee Harvey Oswald   
   mentality .. in just being a patsey.  A dumb Marine who got smart to late.   
      
   He really was a patsey.
