   In the UK we have socialised health services (it comes out of taxes). My   
   statement was actually wrong, it will go into a big government bank with   
   all the other taxes, like the sales tax from lawn mowers, candy bars, etc.   
   But the government WILL have more money to waste.   
      
   Brits would have understood (some of them) :-).
