   He was reprimanded and could have lost his job.  I'm sure the kiddies   
   have already learned the big lesson that possession of pot can lead to   
   legal trouble.  That is one condemnation of marijuana that we can say is

   At risk of what?  Learning that there really are gradations of severity   
   regarding the abuse of controlled substances (in the public eye if not   
   the law)?   
      
   I could see getting up in arms if Miller had been snorting cocaine or   
   shooting herion.  However, it really was just pot.  Unless there is an   
   established rule that says he has to lose his job if he is caught with   
   pot, then it is up to the judgement of those in power.  If you don't   
   like their decision you can always use your vote.
