Learning that there really are gradations of severity       regarding the abuse of controlled substances (in the public eye if not       the law)?              I could see getting up in arms if Miller had been snorting cocaine or       shooting herion. However, it really was just pot. Unless there is an       established rule that says he has to lose his job if he is caught with       pot, then it is up to the judgement of those in power.
