   50 million kids need warm bodies in front of the classroom.  The   
   priority is on having teachers with proper credentials.  There is a   
   shortage of such teachers, expected to increase as the boomers retire.   
   It's a seller's market, so you pay a premium for minimal   
   qualifications.
