   Please identify that statute that makes it a crime.   
      
   Oh, and while you are at it, please explain why it is not a crime for   
   adults to smoke and consume alcohol when we know that such things are   
   harmful and send mixed signals to the kids.   
      
   And explain why we don't impose $5000 fines or jail terms for   
   speeding, since every adult who exceeds the speed limit teaches kids   
   that it is OK to ignore the law?
