   Well guys ...   
      
   Was just at the Cloverdale City Council ... in the Senior Center at 311   
   North Main Street behind the City Hall.   
      
   Cloverdale Mayor sat silent throughout the whole proceeding, not even doing   
   the Master of Ceremonies and leading the discussion ... she is such a   
   miltoast spousal abuse personality ... so sad.   
      
   What is happening is that a few claim to have VOTE FOR medical marijuana   
   wanting the State Authorities to promulgate laws and regulations once Prop   
   214 passed at 70% approval.   
      
   Well that did not happen over the past 10 years and Cloverdale is fed up   
   with it.   
      
   They just do not want to look over a fence and see a medical marijuana   
   garden ... that -- whooops ... children ... teenages can get into.   
      
   They regulate tobacco products in stores ... not get rid of them.   
      
   So they want to get rid of medical marijuana ... and they want to enforce   
   the Federal Drug Control Act on Interstate Commerce in the city limits of   
   Cloverdale.   
      
   They passed an ordance making medical marijuana illegal in Cloverdale.   
      
   No mention of the America with Disabilites Act ... they were sorry for   
   cancer patients and the like ... but you have to go elsewhere to get   
   medicine and not in Cloverdale.   
      
   If you were a black man ... you would not be able to vote in Cloverdale for   
   the Jim Crow laws ...but could vote in the County seat of Santa Rosa ..   
   especially in the Sonoma County Public Healthy Deptartment ... where your   
   voting card was issued by the State of California.   
      
   As Cloverdale has found a Federal Interstate Commerce Clause that your black   
   skin is bad for children and they can regulate it like tobacco products and   
   burn the California Constitution as well as your US Constitutional Rights   
   just by making a claim ... not that it is so.   
      
   Same kind of thinking folks ...   
      
   These are the sickest people in Sonoma County I have to say ... really stuck   
   in their toddler tantrum ... and have to start legal proceedings and have   
   Cloverdale spend a million dollars on law that they have already lost.   
      
   sorry for the hard news folks.   
      
   Cloverdale is a Federal DEA One Marijuana Plant Zero Tollerance Zone.
