   I am having a problem with my next door neighbor.   
      
   Even to the point of a dog bite that put me in hospital that I have to think   
   was done on purpose and with malice aforethought I am sorry to say.   
      
   Is there anyone you know who could help me with this guy.   
      
   Here is a copy of a letter I sent to some friends with SAMM who I am a   
   member with.   
      
   I am sorry to bother you with this request ... but I need some help and you   
   are one of the few people in my life.

   Dear Mr Gieringer.   
      
   I am forwarding you this letter below to SAMM up here in Sonoma County.

   I am talking to a lawyer about this on my dime on Monday ... there is some   
   damage money already on the table from 10 years of harassment.   
      
   Also if this guy does the small claims nuisance suit deluge ... then I plan   
   to sweep them up into big claims court.  Jury Instructions on nuisance suits   
   ... would put me out of the problem I would think.  I clearly do not qualify   
   for that ...  IMO of course.   
      
   Anyhow ... wanted you to know about me being targeted by this guy on many   
   levels .. and the goverment in power is behind him I have to think.  So no   
   help there ... just have to get the word out about this pony tail biker Joe   
   the Plumber and have the people know about his pig eating man chomping dogs   
   he keeps around.

   hey darling ...   
      
   I have kept Ron informed of events about next door crazy man ... except the   
   newest phone call from Sonoma Animal Control.  They will not go after the   
   dog bite, the picture evidence of gate tampering circumstances, and me being   
   there on their demand, permission and with Sheriff orders.   
      
   They say I was technically tresspassing, I was not hurt enough, and the dogs   
   were not loose for them to do anything.  So I am in the file with their dogs   
   pig eating alive incident 6 months ago.   
      
   Press Democrat ... seems to be taking a ride with this nut case.  Derrick   
   Moore  815-1003 is the reporter.  We talked over the phone after him coming   
   to my home for a statement interview.  In the phone call I noted to him the   
   Gardea video tape he saw ... was taken over a privacy wall and he was   
   watching evidence of a 'peeping tom'.  Derrick tried to justify the picture   
   taking so he could see what was seen from the streets.   
      
   I told him I could not see the plants from the streets ... there are four of   
   them.   The plants were blocked by tall structures, houses, garages and the   
   like.  He started to realize that he has no factual evidence of Gardea's   
   statements.   
      
   Also there is a Press Democrat spread ... on the threat of Gardea taking me   
   to small claims court with a multiple cases for a nuisance suit.  Little boy   
   with a big mouth ... I am sure you heard about the signage saying Home   
   Invade me next door right now as this is the place for buds.   
      
   So PRMD will not do anything, Sheriff is protecting him, so is Animal   
   Control, and the Press is trying to drum up a story ... about this nut case   
   ... as if he was some one in the neighborhood.   
      
   Soooooooo ......   
      
   Think SAMM can give this guy a call ... and give him some history.   
      
   Objective facts about how long this guy has been on his crusade against Alan   
   and his medical condition.   
      
   In defense of the poor man ... Jeremy Gardea did have a home invasion 10   
   years ago.  That was when I was new at this, some guy did a robbery when I   
   was at the Progressive Festival with you guys.  Jump though my yard and into   
   Gardea's house ...  hand gernades, crime scene, all the mess for them.   
      
   So they have PTSD, need therapy, Anger Management program, they need help.   
      
   Can not get them before a Judge no way ... DA will not prosecute even if   
   evidence comes forward I would have to say.   
      
   I am in danger of my life with this man walking his dogs on a leash ...   
   through my front street if I am in their somehow ...he could lie in wait ...   
   and accidently do it again.   
      
   Outside the gate this time.   
      
   This is a serious letter Kumari.   
      
   Every word here is carefully considered.   
      
   I do not like living a life ... where I have to consider killing a dog in   
   some present circumstance and prepare for furthering it with the nut holding   
   the dog.   
      
   Think ... SAMM can help move the tiller a bit.   
      
   Oh, told Derrick I was a SAMM member, garden review, Sheriff exam any time,   
   we do right by the law, I am still not getting the medicine I need, had a   
   very hard harvest year, but the patients were taken care of, they never have   
   crop loss, only I do .... etc.
