   Dear Neighbors of Alan B. Mac Farlane residing at 116 Hull Street:   
      
   I hope you are able to receive this letter of February 3rd, 2009 kindly for   
   that is how it is sent, with kindness.  This is respectfully submitted for   
   your consideration and to give an invitation to each of you for lunch, so   
   you can get to know who I am a bit more if you like.  In particular I make   
   mention to Christi Corradi, Stan Carter, Deputy Sheriff Chris Bertoli, all   
   of whom I obtained your name from the Jeremy Gardea driven media blitz that   
   you are all aware of I am sure.  Unfortunately none of you have ever talked   
   to me about this before it was in the newspapers ... and all you have to do   
   is introduce your self and have some consideration as I do for you.  I have   
   no problems talking to my neighbors.   
      
   In introducing my self to you in this letter, first off, please know that I   
   am disabled Vietnam veteran who swore three oaths as a combat law   
   enforcement patrolman.  I am still confined by these oaths for the rest of   
   my life.  This is an elite unit posting I perform in for my tours of duty,   
   and truth be told, I am a better cop then most of the ones you have in the   
   Sheriff Dept.  Only a few of them are what I am, as elite unit combat law   
   enforcement personnel.  They hold two badges if you will and can be called   
   up for military service any time.  I am only mentioning this because there   
   are a few people in Sonoma County who have a clue as to the kind of caliber   
   of person I am, in what I will do to protect my neighbor and their children   
   as a tested veteran.  Chris Bertoli unfortunately is not one of them, nor   
   are the Deputies who have a taste for shooting your children in your   
   driveway.  That would never happen with me as your Sheriff.   
      
   Second.  After my military service, I went off to clinical work in   
   Psychology including having a license number on file in Sacramento.  I have   
   a graduate degree from Sonoma State University (Alumni Class of 83).  I am   
   learned and purport to know what I am talking about in regards to health,   
   raising children, having a happy family.  Born in Walnut Creek, and High   
   School at Terra Linda down the road in Marin County.  I am just a local boy,   
   lots of people know me.   
      
   I can suspect that these are bold words you are reading, as you do not know   
   me yet.  Most people find it difficult to be with me as I do not put up with   
   deceptions, games, what in street terms would refer to as the BS word.  I do   
   not go for any of that stuff, and really like to be by myself because of   
   that.  Most people I meet are immature, live in fear and have poor judgment.   
   They are stuck in their toddler tantrum necessarily so from child abuse.   
      
   Abusing any child will keep them immature, having poor judgment, and lacking   
   the skill sets that healthy people who are raised in love have.  There is a   
   whole science to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and why people abused as   
   children do what they do as adults until they get the therapy they need to   
   cry out the bitter salty tears they were forced to suck up and endure for   
   years.  That is what is broken, and that is what has to be healed when ever   
   they get around to it.   
      
   That said below is a xerox of the recent insurance settlement I obtained   
   from Farmers Insurance on behalf of your Hull Street Association Member   
   Jeremy Gardea from some of the criminal acts he did to my property and by   
   accident or guile ... allowed me to be  bitten by his dog when he demanded   
   though the Sheriff that I be at the fence line on his property the next day.   
   His insurance company says this did not happen as the dogs were not there in   
   the first place, see attached with the last memo I sent to Mazie Klein, his   
   Farmers Insurance Investigator who authorized the payments as there was some   
   irrefutable prima facia evidence and witness.   
      
   Now, I am in effort to sell my house and move away.  My neighbor is abusive   
   of others and is expensive to be around.  I have to burn the social bridge   
   we built over the years, and have nothing to do with him.  In the event I   
   have to call the Sheriff once again and make yet another police report ...   
   it has to be with having no contact so that no excuse to perpetrate can be   
   explain away again with more justifications and invalidations.   
      
   I can have no contact with him like an abused woman can not go back to the   
   wife beater guy stuck in his toddler tantrum again, explaining away again,   
   his abusive actions.  It would be playing the victim/hero role.  Always   
   taking the wife beater back, turning the other cheek heroically and getting   
   slapped again just to make another crime report.  He can slap at his next   
   neighbor he takes a hate to and make a cycle of violence up again if he   
   likes.  I just happened to be here doing what I am doing so he hates me so   
   it really is not personal.   
      
   In the meantime of getting my living situation moved, I must also take care   
   of my medical needs.   
      
   This means I have to grow medical marijuana.  I can not get this from the   
   Veterans Administration like other medical marijuana patients the federal   
   government has.  Please note, there is a Federal Medical Marijuana program.   
   As a disabled veteran, I am illegally prohibited from my medical care coming   
   from the federal government as provided by law under the authority of Abe   
   Lincoln to take care of those disabled, orphaned and widowed by war.   
   Marijuana is just as Constitutionally correct as alcohol, and adult   
   responsible behaviour is what every one really wants.   
      
   The Goverment so far will not do it, for political reasons, financial   
   reasons, criminal enterprise reasons.  Remember, I am a cop.  I know this is   
   so just like I know who protects child molesters with catholic priests or   
   pederasts visiting little girls late at night in Petaluma.  The Sheriff and   
   the D.A. make sure they do not go to jury.  Since in fact it continues to   
   happen.   
      
   Medical marijuana, is bad for the career criminal enterprise money machine   
   here in the California as it takes black market customers away.  The   
   patients in a good situation like here get it at cost, a legal term called   
   remuneration that is like child support; paying only what is needed for the   
   child living with a family member, as if the child was living with you.  So   
   that it is very cheap or free.   
      
   For every pound of cheap/free medical marijuana that is delivered to a   
   patient for their yearly care means some criminal LOSES $4000.00 out of the   
   Black Market.  If 30 pounds takes care of, 10 patients, that is $120,000   
   that is put into the real economy.  In YOUR hands and those of your business   
   neighbors goes this MONEY instead of career criminals.
