   The Obama adminsitration annouced it would restore "Hail to the Chief".  The   
   musical greeting to many Presidents was restored to it's former place of honor.   
   The President's spokesman said that 8 years of hearing "Send in the Clowns"   
   whenever the ex-president Bush was presented became monotonous.
