   Some SR cops, their sergeant and shift LT are under investigation for   
   the illegal seizure of lights and plants ... by giving a FIX IT TICKET   
   ... a citation.   
      
   Like you right rear taillight is out .. and they seize your car without   
   a Judges signature.   
      
   I hope you are starting to understand how foxed this is.   
      
   Oh ... it concerned an 82 year old woman ... pretty spry I hear.   
      
   Other then that .. it is hush, hush, top secret, need to know.
