   Sure, sounds fair to me.   
   Electrical and water, and humidity concerns, and increased   
   risk of home invasion, or shootouts, or police raids.   
      
   Operating a for profit welding shop in your closet is   
   also generally not smart.   
      
   But that has little to do, with an individual going to   
   a state approved store and buying marijuana, or edible THC,   
   or CBD.
