   Eh, I'm in news:alt.politics.immigration -- I really couldn't tell you   
   anything about tokin', other than what I saw waaaaay back in the 1970s.   
   But for what it's worth, I live in the hometown of Progressive Plastics,   
   the originators of the "U.S. Bong" with patented anti-siphon tubes, dry   
   ash trap, and patented "six-shooter" rotating bong bowls. It's pretty   
   sad, the day they outlawed paraphernalia in general and bongs in   
   particular, the Rockville MD unemployment office had to deal with over a   
   hundred new applicants for the dole.   
      
   Personally I can't smoke marijuana. "There are people who smoke dope,   
   there are people who don't smoke dope, there are people who can't smoke   
   dope, and there are people who should not smoke dope". I should not   
   smoke dope. But go ahead, knock yourself out.
