   Ah, sorry, but I can vote in every race which appears on the Nevada Ballot.   
      
   I have -resident alien- status in Holland, not citizenship.   
      
   I'll scan and email the upcoming absentee ballot so you can see.   
      
   You should check election laws before you speak up. Look under absentee
