From: dont@botherme.com              Kavajim,       you are right but there are distinctions. The 2 major airports in my state       both have international capabilities even though one is canada only 1st.       So depending on the area 100% of the airports people use (I obviously leave       out commuter airports) may have dogs!       Also, the dea and homeland security WANT you to believe that 100% of the       flights from amsterdam are dogged, the sheer numbers prevent that, but       personal experience travelling to/from adam 7 times a year since 2000, the       ONLY times I was hit was during cup time!       Take into consideration that some of those flights after 911 had so few       travellers that EVERYONE in coach was allowed to lie out and sleep in their       own row!! But since 2003 EVERY flight was PACKED!!! Not 1 empty seat!!       So its probably 25% at best.....BUT its probably 30% profiling through       customs! Single male, carry on, frequent flyer, please see that agent over       there!!!       Peace       P.S. and we are talking about LUGGAGE dogs here!! in 100% of my flights on       KLM from Amsterdam there has NEVER been a dog in sight! But in Canada (the       US side!!) they walked a dog through and when he "hit" you, he nudged you!       "kavajim" |
