   Well the stage seems to be set for a real show down.   
   The circuit court and the highest judge in the state of California has told   
   the DEA to return all the equipment, pot etc.   
   to the compassionate pot group.   
      
   John Asscraft and his JD buddies have files a motion with the supreme court   
   to have the lower courts   
   decision over turned, so where do we really stand.   
      
   If the Supreme Court agrees to hear the case, which I don't believe they   
   will because the Feds are so   
   stupid they are trying to make it a case of interstate commerce violation   
   which it clearly wasn't as   
   all the materials etc was all 100% from CA. So I don't think they will touch   
   this turd.   
      
   So it seems as it stands.   
      
   US Supreme Court Agrees to hear the case and all bets are off because things   
   are going to get stupid fast   
      
   Or   
      
   US Supreme Court refuses to hear the case and the DEA has to by law return   
   all the materials seized and   
   shut the fuck up.   
      
   So is the DEA actually going to have to walk over and return OH MY GOD   
   actual marijuana to sick people.   
      
   How is this going to shake out. Any thoughts.   
      
   I'm a newbie so HI EVERYONE. Sorry if this has been talked to death but I'm   
   interested in anyone's take on this.   
      
   Will the 9 states that have O.K medical MJ going to win out or is the what.   
   80 years of prohibition going to continue?
