What your mind is apparently to closed to accept or see it, is, I didn't
   think we were
talking about all these "circumstances" as you call them.

You are making the classic mistake in debate and logic.
You are trying to use extreme points of view to validate
   your premise.

Yes evidence does get destroyed sometimes before a trial and it
could be for any number of reasons. The POINT is that it
is not the norm and the whole idea or the right of Heapus corpus<?
is that if I am to be convicted of a crime, they have to have the
literally body of the crime to convict me. The corpus in this case
is the evidence. For the most part, no evidence, no crime it is really
that simple. Yes they send people away for murder when there is
no body, but that is rare, it is not the case and it is an example
of the trick you are trying to use to justify your point. It is an
extreme end of the whole spectrum. MOST people who are
convicted of murder, there is a dead body and they will produce
it for you if you want.

Is this true everytime in all cases? No but for the most part
it is the way we have done it here in western world for over
   a thousand years.

You can post all you want and rant and rave but Stimpy65 your
logic isn't valid. If you would like I can provide you with
a few places where you can go and read up on logic and debating
then you at least will have some hook to hang your hat on when
you try and defend untenable positions.
