   The Fraser Institute in British Columbia, Canada has come out in favour of   
   marijuana legalization ... (not decriminalization, but outright   
   legalization.)   
      
   They estimate $2 billion in tax revenues in a nation of just more than 30   
   million people ...   
      
   Obviously increase that by a factor of 10 to 15 in the US ... it would take   
   a nice chunk of your ballooning deficits.   
      
   Now if only the Americans would turf out their fundamentalist politicians,   
   maybe they'd abandon their stupid and unwinnable drug war.   
      
   Seems the land of the free and the home of the brave could use a little   
   resolve on this basic freedom-of-choice issue ...
