   It speaks volumes that the referenced article makes no mention of the   
   changing demographics in public schools, to wit, formerly majority White   
   schools are now majority Third World "migrant" filled schools where   
   English is a second language and the IQ levels of the students are lower   
   than the European descendants that have been replaced.
