    Was Jesus a pedophile?   
      
   One day I was googling and wiki-ing subjects about historical sexual   
   practice during the time of Jesus and of ancent Rome and discovered Jesus   
   would have been surrounded with institutionalized pedophillia and child sex   
   slaves. Yet Jesus never bothered to condemn to what he would have witnessed   
   everyday in his culture. If we are to assume Jesus is real, why didnt he   
   bother to condemn a practice that is about as moraly disgusting as any   
   murder?   
      
   Whats even more shocking, there is an odd bible verse when Jesus was   
   betrayed by Judas nd being arrested by the Romans, the verse oddly mentions   
   jesuses naked boy -friend running away. Never mentioned again. Apperantly   
   scholars since the middle ages have noticed this and have secretly and   
   historicaly been arguing about jesuses pedophillia for a long time.   
      
   On a side note, Is this the Catholic historical origins of   
   institutionalized child pedophilia? Is it left over from Roman culture? I   
   wonder
