    The USA said that Colonel Gaddafi of Libya was a dictator and should   
   therefore be overthrown, but:   
      
   In Libya a home was considered a natural human right. In Gaddafi's   
   Green Book it states: "The house is a basic need of both the   
   individual and the family, therefore it should not be owned by   
   others."   
      
   Education and medical treatment were all free.   
      
   Gaddafi carried out the worlds largest irrigation project.   
      
   Anyone could start a new farming business. A Libyan wanting to begin a   
   farm could recieve a house, farmland, livestock, and seeds, all free   
   of charge.   
      
   A bursary was given to any mother of a newborn baby.   
      
   Electricity was free. There were no electric bills.   
      
   Very cheap gasoline was available.   
      
   Gaddafi raised the level of education.   
      
   Libya operated its own State bank, which provided loans to citizens at   
   zero percent interest by law.   
      
   They had no external debt.   
      
   Hillary Clinton giggled about Gaddafi "We came, we saw, he died."
