   Yes, the state is the problem not the solution. It can be captured and   
   corrupted by wealthy or the poor or some other tribe.  Mao captured the state   
   and he started as a peasant. He screwed the rest. Hail social Darwinism! This   
   is why libertarians value a    
   small state with small powers.
