   On the contrary. Look around. Social Democracies are coming apart. Soon they   
   will have to pay for welfare and warfare as economies decline and fight for   
   resources because of falling and aging populations and poorer Americans less   
   willing and able to buy    
   European stuff. That’s when you will see dog eat dog. First Social Democrats   
   will eat the rich. Then they will eat each other. Perhaps the Chinese will   
   replace the US in propping up Special Democracies. But the Chinese have their   
   own problems and 1.3    
   billion people. Europe could well become the next Tibet.
