   Goebbels did not operate in a vacuum. He covered little ground that was   
   not plowed in Martin Luther's 1543 treatise 'On the Jews and Their   
   Lies'. Even Marx weighed in with "Zur Judenfrage" 300 years later.   
      
   Rationality of humans is vastly overstated and propagandists are skilled   
   on bringing out the real mental state.
