   apply basic logic. When demand exceeds supply rationing is the result.

   to be a right doesn’t mean it is. Just because it is said to be ‘free’   
   doesn’t mean it is available. Canadians sometimes don’t get the ‘free’   
   care they need or want so they go to the US and pay for care for a reason.
