   What I think is not relevant. What that story does is illustrate the   
   consequences of a particular law.  Do you disagree with the article? Are the

   We, the people, are continually told goverment is needed to correct free   
   market failures and to serve a mythical Common Good. Yet, legislated failures   
   are tragically common ( start here ). For example, too often public schools   
   are tragically bad.
