   100 years ago, I would agree with you but now, things have moved on.   
      
   What I think you should say is that the right to own property is much more   
   than land, in particular it included you Intellectual rights such as   
   copyright, patents, trade marks, registered designs, plant breeder's rights   
   and circuit layouts. It also includes the right to privacy in a place you   
   rent. Land is just one example.
