Comment: Hello Greg . In the interview you asked “what can we do”. I already sigh when trying to get through to you all, but here it goes again … We need to follow a program which has as its core the principle *Power to all*. It took me 10 years to write such a program, and if you think I'm nuts that's fine, but I'm the nutcase who at least has an international publication with my democracy Linux computer program. The basic elements of power that I think are the major ones are (if anyone gets bored reading this, that's great, please go away you can't function in a democracy anyway lol): ① Political power, the State power. We need to remodel this so that we can immediately depose the politicians, and that requires a Council Government system. No general election, and not a District system either, but electing people in much smaller groups: 50 persons. I worked it all out already so yes it can work. ② Ownership of businesses. Here we need to make sure businesses don't get too big (I propose 2000 persons as the maximum, the Government can with a super majority etc etc). We also should install law which transfers the ownership of a larger company for which the starter _leaves_ it, to the employees, who then turn it into a co-operative by law. The former starter gets a pension out of future profits etc. Just if someone got bored again: yes this will include Militia organization, and also Revolution. Happy ? ③ Finance, investment power. We need to shake this thing down as hard we can. ④ Land ownership. This is the biggest one of all, and the biggest mistake you all make. Land is an inherent right of a person. Land does not belong in a trade system for goods and services, because land is not produced in a factory. It is the level playing field everyone needs. Without this, you are a slave. Why did America become great and was called a _free country_ ? Back then, they still knew what it meant. It meant: free land, land as in: no mortgage on it, nothing. Free ! With those 4 basic points, we can build a detailed system, which I already did: market.socialism.nl. Zombies who can't think will immediately revolt at the word ‛socialism’. I'm not American and don't use American Newspeak. Socialism does not mean a planned economy. Socialism the way I use it means: being _social_ humans, and to _reject_ Naziism and social Darwinism, and that's about it. It rejects slavery. All I make up is for free so there you go. The PDF I made is 673 pages long, and contains a normal sized Constitution, in several size steps, as well as methods to implement these things, which is not exactly easy of course. I can already sense the wall of misunderstanding from people, and how they project their own shallowness. Now everyone is sitting at home, maybe now you can finally take the time to think seriously.
