We saw that with the Iowa Democratic caucus. It's a very strange
operation with small groups trying to form a consensus to send
delegate(s) for one candidate or the other. In the best of years it's
awkward. This year it was a disaster. They tried to go digital with
   computer illiterates.

Buttigieg and Sanders both claimed victory. Of course the DNC has no
   interest in a self-proclaimed democratic socialist (he's a social
democrat if anything) or a gay candidate so the anointed a tool
   descending into dementia.
